Delivery Times:
- Processing time: 1-3 working days.
- Delivery time: 2-5 working days, depending on stock availability and your location.
Deliveries typically take 2-5 working days for main centers in South Africa. Orders placed on Fridays will be delivered the following Monday or Tuesday. If your order includes multiple items, the standard 2-5 working day delivery will apply.
Important Notes:
- We only deliver to physical addresses within South Africa unless otherwise arranged.
- Delivery times are estimates. While we aim to deliver within the timeframe, there might be delays due to factors beyond our control.
- You’ll receive a unique order number via email to track your delivery status.
- Once your order is confirmed, we cannot change the delivery address or option.
- In case your delivery address is in a remote area, we may contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method or timeline, or cancel the order if delivery is not possible.
- Delivery rates can be viewed on our website and are subject to change.
Receiving Your Delivery:
- Before placing your order, you can specify in the “Notes” field whether you want the parcel delivered only to you or to an authorized person. The courier will require proof of ID from the person receiving the parcel.
- The person receiving the parcel must sign a waybill confirming the parcel is received in good condition.
- If the parcel is damaged or the security seal is broken, you can either:
- Check the parcel with the driver and note any damages or missing items on the courier’s waybill.
- Send the parcel back, indicating the reason on the waybill. Both the courier and the receiver will need to co-sign the waybill.
